In this episode Brian sits down with David Brinker and John Barklow. The guys talk spring bear and hunting in Hawaii along with other elk and deer hunts. They also get talking about the right clothing systems for different hunts and talk about the new 2018 line. These are both great guys and great hunters and fun to hear there insight into the designs that Sitka comes up with.

In this episode Brian continues his conversation about preparing for a hunt with Jason Peak. They break down "man" stretches and how it relates to tough hunts and how it relates to the stalk. They then get into all about preparing for the hunt. They talk about some outside the box ideas too like mental fortitude, game plan and yoga. Its a great episode as Jason is a great guy and really knowledgeable.

In this episode Brian sits down with Jana Waller and Jim Kinsey from Skull Bound TV. The three of them talk about past hunts and great episodes from the previous season. Jim and Jana put out a great show and they talk about some of the challenges in putting it together. Its a great conversation all about the passion for hunting and sharing it with others.

In this episode Brian sits down with Elk hunting guru Corey Jacobsen. The guys talk about how to find new elk hunting spots from scratch. They talk choosing a unit, learning that unit and then how to hunt it once season is here. Elk are nomadic by nature and can be tough to catch up to but the guys talk in depth about finding more elk. The guys also get into techniques and tactics used to harvest those big bulls. A great conversation all about elk hunting with a bow this week.

Episode 92: Advanced spot and stalk with Miguel Morales

In this episode Brian sits down with Miguel Morales. This podcast is all about advanced spot and stalk tactics. Miguel lives in southern Arizona and is extremely successful with a bow in his hands. He has harvested 7 coues over 100 inches in a row stalking with archery; That is extremely difficult and impressive. Along with that Miguel has harvested trophy mule deer, elk, antelope and bear. He really pays attention to the details and is a great spot and stalk hunter. I really enjoyed our conversation on this episode.

In this episode Brian hops on the mic for a solo episode all about spring bears. Even if you don't hunt bears this episode is full of great info that can be applied to hunting other western big game animals. Brian is fired up in this episode as he loves dangerous game and it is in the heart of bear season. That and he just got done with a epic stalk on a big chocolate bear the night before. If you want to harvest a bear out west this is a must listen!

In this episode Brian sits down with Willi Schmidt. The guys talk about filmed hunts and how Willi got his start. Then they discuss bowhunting for goats, caribou and elk hunting. Willi has a passion for hunting and capturing his hunts which is evident in this episode. There are tips and tactics mixed within this podcast and it is capped off with discussion about hunting mule deer in the Dakotas.
